Jamming should only prevent you from locking that particular ship. Seeings in theory it is not jamming your sensors, its jamming your ability to see that ship. Should not effect everyone.

Gallente/Minmatar. Im sre youll have fun somewhere between drones-blasters and missiles/autocannons. Caldari arent very good for solo PvP and Amarr are just rediculous at the moment.
